Fractured fairy tales

In Room 18 and 17 we have been learning about how to write and perform fractured fairy tales. Room 18 and 17 got into teams and decided what fairy tale their group would do. For example Little Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, Three Little Pigs and lots more. A fractured fairy tale is when a fairy tale has twists and has new things happening. Room 18 and 17 got split into groups and in each group there were about 4 or 5 people in the groups. For the fractured fairy tales we needed to include a freeze frame for about 5 seconds, and we also needed to have two freeze frames. We needed to have a song that was about 10 to 20 seconds long, you could make your own song up or use the tune of a song that is already real. The groups had to include props to use when they perform. Each person in your group had to act out a character, or be the narrator. Room 18 and 17 are now up to performing on stage of what they have made up for their fractured fairy tales. Below are some of our fairytales. Hope you enjoy them!
